Please note your preference in the comments field on sign-up How are the call charges calculated?We calculate the call charge based on a minimum charge of one minute (60 seconds), then pro rata per second thereafter. ie. after the first 60 seconds you will pay only 1/60th of the charge each second thereafter (60+1) How will I be invoiced?To keep our costs low we will email your invoice at the beginning of each month within the first 5 business days. This will be emailed to the address (or billing email address) you supplied when you filled out the sign-up form. You can change this address at any time in the Manage Account section of the Billing website (http://www.opalfone.co.nz/billing/). How can I view my call history?To view a detailed history of all calls made please login to the Online Billing facility and click on Search for Calls - which can be found at http://www.opalfone.co.nz/billing/ How long will my invoices be available online?Your invoices will remain online for 3 months and then are archived.
